Natalie Portman was born Jerusalem, Israel - far from the jaded Hollywood world. Her family first moved to the United States when Portman was just a young child and much of the rest of her childhood was spend moving around the country.

Today Natalie Portman is one of the hottest actresses in Hollywood and she keeps getting film roles that are popular at the box office and allow her to flex her powerful acting muscles. Early film roles in films like Heat, Beautiful Girls, and Mars Attacks! made her gain popularity and would eventually to one of the biggest roles a young actress can ask for, Queen Amidala in Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace.

In addition to being a jaw-dropping-bombshell Portman is an incredible smart woman as well. She speaks five languages, she also went to Harvard for psychology. Portman stars in the blockbuster V for Vendetta.
